  Saw a different vet after going back a month after sterilisation as my puppy was bleeding, vet didn't introduce himself to me, was cold & uninterested in even greeting an excited puppy, he didn't even look at the area bleeding, I then paid $72 to the lady at the counter who 'asked all sorted?' & I replied well no I have no understanding of why she is still bleeding, the vet decided it was impossible after being sterilised & suggested skin irritation medications, of course he had not made me feel comfortable or confident so I went to another vet, waiting on results.

  All the staff are very friendly and caring. Chico is always relaxed when visiting.

  Went in for a vaccination as a new client and pet. The vet barely checked over my old dog. Gave the vacc within 5min. Not very thorough. Didnt take much intrest in actually trying to build a relationship Or ask any history of my dog. For a total stranger to treat a new pet, wasn't good service at all. Dissapointing. Nurses at front were great.

  I took my dog here for the first time the other day and the staff treated us both like we had been going there for years. The ladies at the front desk are so lovely and knowledgeable, I didn’t even have to speak to the vet because the nurse was able to answer all of my questions. It’s obvious that the staff genuinely love and care about animals which is really comforting, especially if your pet is going in for a procedure like mine was. Communication between the vet and nurses was fantastic. Definitely recommend!
